
Leila Maria Da Roz
MD, PhD
Dr. Leila Da Roz obtained her medical degree from the University of São Paulo, Brazil, and completed her residency in Neurosurgery at Hospital das Clínicas, University of São Paulo. She subsequently pursued advanced training in Radiosurgery at Hôpital La Timone in Marseille, France, under the supervision of Professor Jean Régis (Aix-Marseille Université), and served as a Research Fellow in Microsurgical Neuroanatomy with Professor Albert L. Rhoton at the McKnight Brain Institute, University of Florida, USA.
She obtained her PhD and completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Neurology at the Faculty of Medicine, University of São Paulo, under the mentorship of Professor Wen Hung Tzu and Professor Eberval Gadelha Figueiredo, respectively.
She is currently a Neurosurgeon at Hospital das Clínicas, University of São Paulo, where she is affiliated with the Epilepsy Surgery Program, the Emergency Neurosurgery Service, and the Radiosurgery Unit.
